Payment Terms:

An advance payment is mandatory for all orders. The specific percentage of advance will be discussed and finalized during the purchase enquiry stage.

The remaining balance must be cleared through a Letter of Credit (L/C) or via a mutually agreed-upon escrow account prior to dispatch.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled before the procurement process begins, in which case a full refund of the advance will be issued.

If cancellation occurs after procurement has begun, the advance amount will be non-refundable, as it covers procurement and processing costs.

In special cases where a refund is approved, please note that any charges incurred by the client—such as currency exchange fees, transaction fees, or bank handling charges—will not be reimbursed.

Refund decisions under exceptional circumstances remain at the sole discretion of the company.
